Finding the right location is often one of the biggest challenges in production. Real world locations can be costly, difficult to secure and filled with limitations that impact filming. From hospitals and detention facilities to restaurants, bars, offices, and private homes, many locations simply aren't designed to easily accommodate a film crew. That's why sound stages exist.
Stage 1 brings together a diverse collection of production ready environments, from medical and residential settings to corporate offices and conference spaces, giving filmmakers the flexibility to tell virtually any story!
Designed to keep your cast and crew comfortable throughout the day, the Green Room offers seating for up to 30 guests, along with large communal tables and a counter-height bar. A fully equipped kitchenette features a refrigerator, microwave, coffee station, toaster, and hot/cold water dispenser, with generous counter space for crafty and catering services. Even storytellers need a break—our arcade machines provide a fun escape between takes and production setups.
Our Makeup & Wardrobe Room is equipped with four professional makeup stations featuring large mirrors, salon style chairs, power outlets and USB charging ports at each station. The wardrobe area includes built in garment racks, three private changing areas, full-length mirrors and a steamer to keep talent camera ready throughout the day.

Stage 2 offers an exceptional variety of filming environments under one roof, including police, jail and government settings, a courtroom, bar and restaurant, elevator, and apartment, giving productions maximum flexibility without changing locations!

Designed with filmmakers in mind, Nvisionate Studios combines all three stages within a single production campus, creating a seamless work flow while maintaining separation through robust soundproofing between stages.
Security is built into every aspect of the facility. Controlled access gates within our security fence for crew entry, production-specific QR code entry credentials, advanced surveillance systems, and monitored alarms help ensure a safe and secure environment for cast, crew, and equipment!
Unlike traditional stage flats constructed from lightweight materials and temporary framing, our standing sets have been built from the ground up as permanent structures using commercial-grade construction methods and materials. Full-height walls, realistic architectural details, solid construction, and durable finishes create environments that look and feel authentic both on camera and in person.
This approach not only enhances realism and production value, but also provides greater durability for the demands of ongoing filming. Our sets are designed to withstand years of production use while offering improved fire resistance, structural integrity, and a level of detail that is difficult to achieve with conventional temporary set construction. The result is a collection of immersive, production-ready environments that require minimal dressing and are ready to support everything from independent films and commercials to episodic television and feature productions.
