The open layout flows naturally between eat in kitchen, living and bedroom areas, offering filmmakers a variety of compositions and staging opportunities within a single interconnected environment.  Warm wood flooring, neutral finishes, and thoughtfully selected decor provide a flexible canvas that can be styled as anything from a creative loft and modern apartment to a starter home or trendy city residence, making the set ideal for dialogue scenes, character-driven moments, commercials, and lifestyle content.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, our Apartment Kitchen set does not have running water or plumbing, so is meant for scenes not requiring running water.

Crews CAN change out wall and tabletop decor, reconfigure furniture and props within Kitchen set itself, remove chairs, table, and console table to designated area (cannot bring downstairs!).  Crews CANNOT modify kitchen cabinets, countertops. fridge and stove as they are all fixed in set or move any furniture items downstairs. 
Crews CAN change out wall and tabletop decor, reconfigure furniture and props within Living Room set itself, remove large artwork and smaller furniture pieces to designated area (cannot bring downstairs!). Crews CANNOT remove sofas (can move them around within Living Room set itself but are not allowed to be moved into the other sets or brought downstairs).  
Crews CAN change out wall and tabletop decor, reconfigure furniture and props within the Bedroom set itself, remove chair, side table, console table, end tables and dresser to the designated area (cannot bring downstairs!). Crews CANNOT remove bed or tall armoire from Bedroom set.
