We'll check availability and then email you a list of info we need to create the studio rental agreement based off your shoot specifics!
2Complete The Rental Agreement
We'll email the agreement for you to complete and email back. The booking is confirmed when we have the completed agreement and payment on file.
3Payment Charged
For a full day booking we'll charge your credit card a 50% deposit to lock in the date.
For hourly bookings, payment will be charged in full to lock in the date.
4Get Film Permit If Needed
The City of Los Angeles requires permits for all COMMERCIAL film shoots (i.e. projects intended to make money). Though we don't require a copy of your permit, you are responsible for determining if your shoot requires one, and if so, obtaining it before your shoot.
5Tech Scout
Schedule your tech scout, if desired (30 minute scout included with full day bookings).
6Balance Charged
We'll charge the credit card the remaining balance 7 days before your shoot.
7Shoot Date
We'll see you here at the studio for your shoot at the scheduled time!
